Once applicants start coming in, Strella automatically sorts them by qualification status so you can focus on the people most likely to give you great data. Reviewing their details before sending an invitation ensures every interview slot goes to someone who’s the right fit.

How qualified participants appear

Anyone who completes your screener and meets your qualification criteria automatically moves to the Qualified tab of the participants table on the Recruit page. From there, you can review each applicant before deciding who to invite. The Qualified tab shows:
  • Demographic information — Age, location, and other profile details collected during screening
  • Screener responses — The applicant’s full answers to each screener question
Take a moment to read through screener responses before inviting. Even qualified applicants can vary widely in how well they match your specific research goals—responses reveal context that demographics alone don’t capture.

Send interview invitations

1

Open the Qualified tab

Navigate to the Recruit page and click the Qualified tab in the participants table.
2

Review applicant details

Click on any applicant row to read their demographic information and screener responses. Repeat for each applicant you’re considering.
3

Select participants to invite

Check the checkbox beside the name of each participant you want to invite. You can select multiple participants at once.
4

Send the invitation

Click Send Invite in the action bar that appears at the bottom of the page.
Each selected participant will receive an email notification letting them know they’ve been invited to take the interview. They can then access the interview at a time that works for them.
If you turned on Auto-invite when setting up your panel order, Strella will automatically send invitations to participants as they qualify—so you won’t need to manually select and invite them through this flow.

What happens next

After you send invitations, invited participants move out of the Qualified tab and into the appropriate status column (such as Invited or In Progress) so you can track who has acted on their invitation. As interviews are completed, results appear in the Responses tab for analysis.
