Saved templates are available across all projects in your workspace, making it easy to maintain consistent recruitment criteria across your entire research program.
Save an audience as a template
There are two ways to create a template: from an audience you’ve already set up, or by building a new one specifically to save.- From an Existing Audience
- When Creating a New Audience
Use this path when you have a completed or in-progress order whose settings you want to reuse.

Go to Orders
Navigate to Recruit → Orders.

Open the overflow menu
Find the audience order you want to save and click the ⋮ overflow menu on that row.

Save as template
Click Save as template.

Name and save
Enter a descriptive name for your template so you can identify it later, then click Save.
Manage your templates
To view or delete saved templates:1
Go to Orders
Navigate to Recruit → Orders.

Open the overflow menu
Click the ⋮ overflow menu on any audience order.

View templates
Click View templates to open a list of all templates in your workspace.
- See all templates you’ve created
- Check when each template was originally saved
- Delete any template you no longer need
Create an audience from a template

Start a new order
Navigate to Recruit → Orders and click Hire participants.

Select your recruitment source
Choose the panel provider you want to use for this order (e.g., User Interviews).

Click Create from template
Instead of configuring filters manually, click Create from template.

Select and apply
Choose the template you want to use and click Use template. Your audience settings—filters, study details, and order quantities—will be pre-populated automatically.

Templates cannot be edited directly. To update a template, create a new audience with your revised settings, save it as a new template, and delete the outdated one from the View templates menu.
What happens to my template if I delete the original order?

Deleting an order does not delete any templates that were saved from it. Templates persist independently in your workspace until you manually delete them.
