The Sessions tab is your home base for reviewing individual participant interviews. As soon as a participant completes their session, it appears here — fully processed with a recording, transcript, AI-generated summary, and notes ready to review. Everything you need to understand a single participant’s experience is in one place.

Finding your sessions

Navigate to Results > Sessions in your project. Each completed interview appears as a session card. Click into any session to open its full detail view.

Browser permissions for interviews

Participants need to grant browser permissions before their interview can begin. If you’re sharing the interview link with participants, let them know what to expect — or share this guidance directly.

What participants need

Before starting an interview, participants must grant access to:
  • 🎤 Microphone
  • 🎥 Camera
  • 🔊 Speakers / Audio output
  • 🌐 Stable internet connection
When the interview page loads, the browser will prompt them to allow microphone and camera access. They must click Allow to proceed.

How to allow permissions

When the browser prompt appears, click Allow for both the microphone and camera. If the prompt doesn’t appear or was dismissed, click the icon to the left of the URL in the address bar, then:
1

Open site settings

Click the lock or info icon to the left of the website URL in the address bar.
2

Enable Camera

Turn on the Camera toggle.
3

Enable Microphone

Turn on the Microphone toggle.
4

Reload the page

Refresh the page for the changes to take effect.
If a participant clicks “Never Allow,” “Don’t Allow,” or “Block” when the browser prompts them, they’ll need to manually re-enable permissions using the steps above before the interview can proceed.
