Getting insights in front of the right people shouldn’t require everyone to have a Strella account. You can share any highlight reel using a shareable link that works for anyone, or download the reel as a video file for use in presentations or async communication tools.
Both sharing methods are available for any insight in your Saved tab. Shareable links do not require the recipient to log in or create a Strella account.

Open the insight in the Saved tab

Navigate to the Saved tab and click the insight you want to share.

Open the highlight reel menu

In the top-right corner of the highlight reel player, click the 3 dots (⋯) menu.

Create the shareable link

Click Create shareable link. Strella generates a unique public URL for this reel.

Copy the link to your clipboard

Click Copy to clipboard, then paste the link wherever you’d like to share it — Slack, email, a Notion doc, or anywhere else your team works.
The shareable link grants view-only access to the highlight reel. Recipients cannot edit the reel, access other insights, or view any other part of your Strella project.

Method 2 — Download the reel

Open the insight in the Saved tab

Navigate to the Saved tab and click the insight you want to download.

Open the highlight reel menu

In the top-right corner of the highlight reel player, click the 3 dots (⋯) menu.

Click 'Download Reel'

Select Download Reel. Strella begins processing the video in the background — this may take a few minutes depending on the length of the reel.

Check your email for the download link

When the reel has finished processing, you’ll receive an email containing a link to download the video file. Click the link to save the reel to your device.
Use the download option when you’re embedding a clip in a presentation deck, submitting it to a stakeholder repository, or sharing it in a tool that doesn’t support external links well.
