The Saved tab is your personal insights hub — a single repository for all the key themes and insights you’ve collected across a project. Whether you starred an AI-generated theme during analysis, saved a response from AI Chat, or built your own highlight reel from scratch, everything surfaces here so you never lose track of what matters most.

What you can do in the Saved tab

Once you open the Saved tab, click any insight to:
  • Watch the highlight reel — a stitched video of the most relevant participant moments.
  • Read session notes — the transcript excerpts tied to each clip.
  • Understand overall sentiment — at a glance, see how participants felt about the topic.

Three ways insights reach the Saved tab

Insights are added to the Saved tab through three distinct paths. Expand each one to learn more.
While reviewing AI-generated analysis — at either the objective level or the question level — you’ll see a star icon beside each key theme. Click the star to instantly save that theme and its associated clips to the Saved tab.Use this path when you’re reviewing Strella’s automated analysis and want to flag a theme for later reference without any manual work.
When you ask a question in AI Chat and the response surfaces a compelling insight backed by participant quotes, a Save insight button appears at the bottom of that message. Click it to send the insight — and its auto-generated highlight reel — straight to the Saved tab.See Chat With Your Research for full details on using AI Chat.
If you’re reading through a transcript and spot something important that the AI didn’t flag, you can build an insight yourself by selecting transcript text and assigning it to an insight. The Saved tab will then display a highlight reel assembled from all the clips you’ve added.See Creating Highlight Reels for the step-by-step process.
You can use all three methods in the same project. Stars from analysis, AI Chat saves, and manual reels all appear together in the Saved tab, so your insights stay consolidated regardless of how you found them.
