# Strella Insights & Saved Board: Overview and Tutorials

> Explore the Insights (Saved) board — save key themes, build highlight reels, share findings, and chat with your research using AI.

The Insights section is where your most important research takeaways live. Everything you save — whether starred from AI-generated analysis, surfaced through AI Chat, or hand-crafted from participant transcripts — flows into one organized space called the **Saved tab**. From there you can watch highlight reels, read session notes, share findings with your team, and interrogate your data through conversational AI.
